Magical cottage with its own pond near Jičín

Amazing cottage with its own pond, completed in 1992 as a partial replica of the original building in the village of Tužín, just 8km from Jičín. Very high quality construction with the use of at that time superior foreign materials has on the ground floor an entrance hall with fireplace, spacious kitchen and dining room made of solid wood with blue tile stove, room, bathroom with sauna, including a bath and cooling pool. Opposite the entrance hall is the entrance to the back of house (laundry room, cloakroom, storage), a second toilet and a hallway with rear entrance to the house with access to the cellar and garden courtyard with seating and outdoor barbecue with smokehouse (all made of sandstone).
